Arrival & Safari Kick-off

6:00 AM – Arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport
Upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, our driver will meet and greet you for your transfer to Arusha, a major safari hub (approx. 1.5 hours).

8:00 AM – Morning Briefing & Departure to Tarangire National Park
After a short briefing, you’ll continue your journey towards Tarangire National Park (approx. 2-3 hours from Arusha). During the drive, you will see the lush countryside as it transitions into savannah landscapes.

11:30 AM – Game Drive in Tarangire National Park
Upon arrival, dive straight into a game drive through the park’s mosaic of wetlands, savannah, and woodland areas. Tarangire is home to large herds of elephants, giraffes, zebras, and a variety of predators. Don’t forget to look for the majestic baobab trees, which have become the park’s signature symbol.

1:00 PM – Picnic Lunch at a Scenic Spot
Enjoy a packed picnic lunch with views over the Tarangire River and the surrounding park. It’s a great chance to relax and take in the sights and sounds of the African bush.

2:30 PM – Afternoon Game Drive
After lunch, continue exploring the park. The late afternoon is an excellent time to spot big cats like lions, cheetahs, and leopards as they become more active.

5:30 PM – Transfer to Accommodation
Return to your lodge or camp for check-in, where you will have time to relax and unwind.

7:30 PM – Dinner and Overnight Stay
Enjoy a traditional Tanzanian dinner at your accommodation, followed by a restful night under the African stars.

Full Day Safari in Ngorongoro Crater

6:00 AM – Early Breakfast & Depart for Ngorongoro Crater
After an early breakfast, we set off for Ngorongoro Crater, one of the most iconic wildlife destinations on the planet (approx. 2.5 hours from Tarangire).

9:30 AM – Descend into the Crater for a Game Drive
Upon arrival at the Ngorongoro Crater Rim, you’ll be treated to spectacular views of the crater floor. The descent into the caldera is an unforgettable experience, as you drive down into a natural sanctuary that hosts an incredible variety of animals.

10:30 AM – Explore Ngorongoro Crater’s Wildlife
Spend the morning discovering the vast wildlife of the crater floor. You’ll have the opportunity to spot lions, buffalo, black rhinos, elephants, and flamingos. The crater is home to an abundance of wildlife, and it is one of the best places in Africa to see the Big Five in one day.

12:30 PM – Picnic Lunch on the Crater Floor
Enjoy a delicious picnic lunch in the heart of the crater, surrounded by wildlife. This is an opportunity to relax and enjoy the breathtaking scenery.

2:00 PM – Afternoon Game Drive & Scenic Stops
Continue exploring the crater for the afternoon, stopping at scenic viewpoints along the way, where you can capture the beauty of the crater’s caldera, swamps, and grasslands.

4:00 PM – Return to Accommodation for Rest
After an action-packed day, we begin the journey back to your lodge, where you’ll have some time to relax and unwind before dinner.

7:30 PM – Dinner & Overnight Stay
Enjoy dinner at your lodge, followed by a peaceful overnight stay.

Cultural Exploration & Departure

6:30 AM – Breakfast & Cultural Visit
Enjoy breakfast at your accommodation before departing for a cultural visit to a nearby Maasai village. Here, you’ll learn about the customs and traditions of the Maasai people, one of the most iconic tribes in Tanzania. This is a unique opportunity to understand their way of life, including their famous warrior culture and pastoral lifestyle.

9:30 AM – Return Journey to Arusha
After the cultural experience, start your drive back to Arusha or Kilimanjaro International Airport for your departure (approx. 2-3 hours).

12:30 PM – Lunch & Departure
Upon arrival in Arusha, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. You will then be dropped off at Kilimanjaro International Airport for your departure flight or continue your journey in Tanzania.
